A few years back, I had gone to a Teppanyaki restaurant in Toronto with friends and had a wonderful experience. For those unfamiliar with this style of dining, it’s a Japanese-style of cuisine which seats customers around an iron grill workstation while a chef prepares the meal in front of them. It is quite a show! The chefs twirl their utensils around, balance spinning eggs on their spatulas and set the grill on fire to the customers’ delight.
Hibachi Seafood & Steakhouse in Burlington is no different and didn’t fail to impress. We had gone to visit friends and they brought us there for a dinner we won’t soon forget. Sadly, they do not have a website yet and from what I understand, they’re still fairly new on the block, so to speak. In fact, they’re still new enough to have a few hiccups with reservations and to still be in need of some staff to round out their team a little better, leaving a little bit of waiting as part of the experience.
But despite these few issues, our trip to Hibachi was still worth it and I can say I’d definitely be interested in going back! Continue reading
